DISPLAY: The client(s) hereby allow(s) Erchen Theys Photography to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums, etc.

FORCE MAJEURE: In the very unlikely events of cancellation by the photographer or of total unforeseen circumstances leading to total photographic failure, liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid.

CANCELLATION: Please notify as soon as possible in case of cancellation or postponement. ‘Stuff’ can happen to anyone… we are all human. Be both professional and kind about it and let me know asap.

DELIVERY: Fine Art Prints and Products are shipped within 10 days. Photo Shoot edited and selected photos will be send to the client within 10 days. Exception: Wedding full gallery online delivery within 2 months and a preview within 10 days.

RETURN POLICY: All Fine Art Prints and Product are carefully packaged and shipped. Please be careful when unwrapping them. Erchen Theys Photography is not responsible for any damages done from the moment products are shipped to the client and therefore will not be refunded by Erchen Theys Photography.

STOCK: Fine Art Greeting Cards are always printed in bulk and will be delivered as long as supply is available.
